The Prism Dragon Egg comes from the Secret Merge 5 Capsules during the Merge 5 Event back at camp!

From what I hear they can be picked in the Royal Egg Bank, but since this feature is still in beta stage, my account didn’t get it for the beta testing phase so I can’t confirm this…
