In the past there was the Dessert Nights Event during May 2019. That is where I received the Blood Moon Plant as an Event Trophy Reward, I have saved this for the occasional Magic Moon Special Rewards, take the orange Blood Moon Fruit and merge them into True Moon Fruit for the chance of getting a Trophy Dragon Egg, dragon tree or life orb!!!
