In the past there was the Moonlight Bunny Event during September 2019 & 2020. That is where I received the Blood Moon Plant as an Event Trophy Reward, I have saved this for the occasional Magic Moon Special Rewards, take the orange Blood Moon Fruit and merge them into True Moon Fruit for the chance of getting a Moon Trophy Dragon Egg, dragon tree or life orb!
